Out-Source is a new series for architects, designers, makers, and builders. The idea is to bring the people who choose materials to the places those materials come from, and to discuss what it takes to specify with provenance. Vol. 01 is Wood—the hardwoods and softwoods that come out of the Hudson Valley, and how they end up in the surfaces, furnishings and details of a building.
